This 4-week mini-camp is designed to teach proper body contact (checking) to players who will be moving into the 14U age division in the 2026-2027 season. We will develop proper angling techniques, help students understand the strategic purpose of checking in the game of hockey, and instruct on how to give and receive contact.

THIS PROGRAM IS NOT ABOUT MAKING BIG HITS. It is about providing safety and confidence to players who are taking an important next step in their youth hockey careers.

Each Wednesday night session is 45 minutes and will be station-based. Students will be grouped with others of similar experience levels.
